Dr. Roosevelt Mitchell III is an award-winning educator, author, national speaker, and disability advocate widely recognized as “The Disability Scholar.”

Drawing from lived experience and years of work in underserved communities, he helps educators, families, and school systems challenge barriers, strengthen support, and create better outcomes for every child.
